Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup of Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 6 ounces Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt 
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes (Add more depending on desired consistency)
  • 1 tsp honey


Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth!
